MEET EDDIE RODRIGUEZ
Eddie Rodriguez was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and was the first in his family to go to college, so he understands what it's like for working families in Texas trying to get ahead. Eddie has fought to preserve affordable housing in Austin, expanded eligibility for the National School Breakfast Program, and protected the East Seventh Street Planned Parenthood health center. In the State Senate, he'll take on the NRA to prevent gun violence and keep fighting for working families by working to expand Medicaid and protect families from rising housing costs.
